Not Me Monday on Tuesday

Once again it is time for me to let it all hang out and give you the low down on what I have not been doing in my life this past week....

I did not do a "Not Me Monday" post on Tuesday because I thought it was Monday. I mean who knew that hubby staying at home on a Monday would make me think it was a Sunday even though I know we went to buy groceries on Sunday not Saturday, like we have done the past two weeks. Boy wasn't that confusing.

Moving right along...

I did not have a fight with hubby while in couples counseling about him not having money for M's car seat but money for other things to the point that the rest of the meeting I was silent. I did not in turn wait until I got home and wanted to talk about it. I mean what were we there for if I was only going to keep quite and then want to talk when I got home. I could have kept the money and put it toward the car seat. Who knew.

I did not find myself in a slump last week that I decided that I would just bail out on my diet and eat what I want to eat and make up for it this week. I did not find myself going through McDonald's drive thru and order an McGriddle and a large orange juice only to feel guilty and not eat all of it. I guess I have better will power than I thought, but I was kind of sad that I wasted my money on something that was not worth getting.

I did not try out a new salon to get my pedicure only to find out that it was way to expensive. I did not want to tell the clerk that I was not going to pay for it because it was a different price quoted than what she told me and the service was not that great. I did not realize that I could have bought 11 medium cups of Starbucks coffee and a couple of cakes for what I paid for this pedicure. I mean sure, hot rocks, lotion and a scrub is nice, but it way to rainy and cold on most days to show my feet anyway. Just sucks!

And I say again, why am I fussing a hubs about not getting that car seat when I am spend just as much money as he does on silly things. Why because, I'm funny like that.

I do not see my daughter looking like this on so many occasions.....

that I think she looks like a little puppy trying to carry a bone. This girl cracks me up. I mean honestly I do not know how she gets something so big in her mouth when she hardly open it up to cry. Yea right!
