Well, I told you couple of days ago that Madison would be in her own room from now on and I must admit hubs was right this time, she has been sleeping like a baby. The first night she was in there she cried for a few minutes and she went to sleep, she woke up around 2am and then we let her cry for about 5 minutes before we would go and check on her, but to our surprise she went back to sleep before we went in. Then she finally woke up at about about 7am and we were totally cool with that. So last night she went to sleep, with a small fuss (a minute or 2) and she slept until she woke up at 6:30am, but the good news is she cried for a few minutes before she put herself back to sleep and then she woke up at 9am. I don't think she would have gotten up then, but hubs can be kind of noisy in the morning. So things have been going quite well for our little girl. Now for me on the other hand, not so much. I am constantly up and down checking on her, putting cover back on her and thinking she is going to wake up and need her mommy. I am sure in due time I will feel more confident in her being in her own room, but for now, I will keep being that crazy mom who thinks she is too young to be all by herself.
