Ok, so I am here to let you know about what has been going on in my life and what I have been up to this week....Gym StyleI did not get up at 5:45 am to head to the gym, while my husband and daughter slept.
I did not wish once I got there that I should have stayed home and slept a little bit longer.
I did not get mad that my stupid card did not work and I was not able to put my stuff in the locker. Who knew that your temporary card does not allow you to use the lockers. It would not have helped if they explained that to me when I signed up for a membership.
After fighting with my locker and looking like a idiot carrying all this stuff around, I did not almost bust my face on the elliptical machine while trying to get back on it after dropping my magazine on the floor. So glad only a few people saw that!
I did not stay at the gym for 2 hours doing cardio and weight training. I would not do that all because of a stupid fear that these meds will cause me to gain weight.
I am not looking forward to this butt whooping that I am going to get from my trainer starting next week. I did not sign up for 8 training sessions that killed my pocket book, because I wanted to see if they are really able to come though on their promise.
I am not tired of hearing my doctors tell me that it is ok to gain weight as long as your mind is healthy. Hello, what good is it doing to have a stable mind and a sick body. So I am not saying right now I am in a catch 22 situation.
I am not planning on getting up every morning and going to the gym at 6 am, in order to be back home on time, so that hubs can go to work. I am not going to wish that I did not commit to this workout schedule on my blog, so when people ask I do not have to be honest about it.
I am not wishing right now that all this work will pay off and I see some pounds lost in two weeks (as the trainer promised) and I do not have faith in myself to know I am not capable to get this done.
Now head on over to MckMama and see what other may not be doing. I am sure you will have a good time reading what people are not doing.

Good luck Tess! I will be cheering for you!!
