Prayers were answered! My grandmother is now out of the hospital and staying with me for the rest of the week. I am keeping an eye on her to make sure she adhere to her liquid diet, BORING, but it must be done. So thanks to all who lifted her up in prayer, it will not be forgotten.
On another note, hubs and I had the scare of our life. Monday night Madison did something we thought she could not do. She was very cranky and it was way past her bedtime, so we thought maybe if we just put her in her pack -n-play she would just go to sleep, like she has only once before. Hey it was worth a shot. Well, suddenly we hear her crying and she would not stop, so we went in to get her. Guess what she was doing? STANDING UP in the pack-n-play (Sorry no picture). We have never see her do that before, let alone pull up on anything, so this was a total shock to the system. We thought it was wonderful and funny then, until we realize that this could have been a very bad fall, onto the floor, head first. Not so funny any more, well kind of! Needless to say she is now in her big girl bed, the lowered crib and she will be sleeping there from now on. She is always up to something. LOL!!!!!

I am so happy to hear about your grandmother. That is great news!
ReplyDeleteOh, I've had several scares with Boyd. It makes you glad that nothing major happened. I am sure you were freaked out. We did the same, lowered his bed all the way once he figured out how to stand. Yes, they are always up to something! :)
That is awesome news about your Grandmother. So glad to hear she is out of the hospital. Those kids will make your heart skip beats all the time. She is getting so big...too fast.
ReplyDeleteYour little girl is growing up fast!
ReplyDeleteI'm glad that your grandmother is doing better. :)
Standing up already??? That's awesome... Addy still cannot sit up on her own and still no teeth. We have her preemie appt tomorrow to see if there are any developmental delays for her age.
